12-week SUPPORT GROUP (IN-PERSON)

Time to face the demons, manage our trauma, and become our best selves.

We understand that due to self-preservation and protective strategies, we are seldom consciously aware of the harm we may cause to ourselves and others. Join us for a transformational program and restorative practice with an in-person group, focused on self-awareness, strategies and so much more.

The goal is to facilitate self-awareness in a way that allows us to retain our dignity while being accountable for our life circumstances. The program acknowledges that we have all, at certain times in our lives, been the doers and receivers of harm and are seldom consciously aware that our self-preservation and protective strategies may cause harm to others.

Registration now CLOSED for January. Updates for next session date coming shortly.

Childcare will be offered to those in need.

This program is brought to you by the Ontario Trillium Foundation
