  • In your own home
  • On the job and in public

The Transitional Support Worker will assist you in identifying the choices and resources available for you and your children as you establish violence free lives in the community.

The Transitional Support Worker can provide you with a supportive environment in which to define your own needs, make decisions and work towards the achievement of personal goals as you and your children begin to establish violence free lives.
